We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

  • Payment must be received before orders are processed, or services are rendered.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Verve, Bank Transfer and other methods listed on the checkout page.

4. Shipping and Delivery:

  • Shipping and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • TLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

5. Service Limitations:

  • Leather restoration and repair services are performed with the utmost care. However, due to the nature of leather and its prior condition, we cannot guarantee complete restoration in all cases.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use of treated leather after services are rendered.

  • All content on the TLC website, including text, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of TenderLeatherCare and is protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written consent.

  • TLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
